Title : *Business Analyst Consultant* Location : Horsham, PA Duration : 6+ Months Contract Pay rate : 45$ To 50$/Hr Visa Status : Green Card, H1B , U.S. Citizen *Job Responsibilities: * The Projects the candidate will be working on while on assignment are Projects impacting the transactional systems. Working as Part of a team. The Analysts team currently has 16 people *Top Responsibilities: * Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate Skills with influencing others to get to end results, using crucial conversations and emotional intelligence Ability to facilitate meetings effectively - with large audience and with Sr. Leadership (this requires a high level of verbal articulation) *Daily Responsibilities: * Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) *Must Have: * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
