*Job Title:* *EDI Business Analyst*

*Role Description:  *

?  Maintain current EDI systems on a day-to-day basis.

?  Respond to production support issues and alerts.

?  Escalate production issues to application team lead, and adhere
to TMHP incident management processes and procedures.

?  Work assigned service requests, TIER 3 escalation support
requests.

?  Lead all efforts relating to testing and/or coordination of
release control efforts.

?  Plan and review test models for product test and release control
(e.g., plans, data, and scripts).

?  Work with application team lead to identify and document process
and technology improvements opportunities which may include defining
business processes and performing business process re-engineering as
needed.

?  Responsible for analyzing and designing new EDI business
processes as needed.

?  Responsible for identifying and defining detailed EDI functional
requirements and use cases.

?  Works closely with EDI team leads, architects, developers, and
other business analysts to assess current EDI capabilities and identify
high-level customer requirements and define metrics and performance goals
for EDI systems.

?  Assist in translating EDI requirements and use cases into test
conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user
acceptance testing.

?  The EDI Sr. Business Analyst will also participate in
transitioning the requirements and use cases to the EDI architects and
developers ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

?  Will attend user, state meetings as needed
