leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest
global organizations client.

This is a Contract extendible Position based in *Hartford(CT)*



*Job Title: Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant*

*Location*: *Columbus, IN*

*Duration: 3 months - Extendable*



Looking for a strong IT Technical Lead with experience implementing Oracle
HRMS and payroll systems.  This will be an onsite position, so the
candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work
using their own initiative.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

·         Coordinate data collection, conversion and testing.

·         Gather requirements for payroll interfaces and manage
implementation, including regression testing.

·         Complete unit testing of interfaces and present results to the
team.

·         Collaborate with business and functional partners to ensure user
acceptance testing is conducted in line with Client standards.

·         Ensure technical specifications cover all business functional
requirements.

·         Coordinate technical work with offshore development team - if
required.

·         Ensure that interface support gets handed over  to support team
once infant care period is complete.  This includes creating and
maintaining documentation to facilitate this transition.

*SKILLS AND EXPERERIENCE REQURIED *

·         Oracle HRMS implementation experience required.

·         Experience working with payroll systems and gathering
requirements for interfaces.

·         Must demonstrate track record of successfully delivering to
project deadlines.

·         Strong technical and analytical skills with experience applying
them to complex projects.

·         Ability to ensure compliance with standards and processes.

·         Experience working with a geographically dispersed project team
and coordinating work with an offshore development team.

·          Eye for detail with skills to analyse existing processes and
make recommendations for future improvements

·         Resource must have excellent customer focus, relationship
management, and stakeholder management capability.
