Please do respond back to imt...@canopyone.com *Position:* Systems Analyst II *Duration*: *12+ mo* *Location:* Tulsa, OK *JOB DESCRIPTION* *· **Client is seeking a Systems Analyst II in Tulsa, OK. * *· **This is a Contract position with the client.* *· **The client is looking for someone well versed in backup recovery and how it works. * *· **The candidate will work with all groups in IT, gather the requirements for the app teams and document and put them in place. * *· **This person will provide technical expertise to the IT Infrastructure support team for operational technologies and tools including Windows Server, AIX Unix, Data Domain/Networker backup/recovery technologies.* *Responsibilities:* *· **Works closely with Application and Infrastructure support staff to analyze technical challenges identified by the IT Operations group.* *· **Works closely with all IT support teams to build requirements for backup/recovery strategies that meet the business requirements of ONE Gas.* *· **Designs and implements strategies, standards and functionality to provide adequate backup/recovery of production environments including infrastructure and applications.* *· **Provides technical assistance to IT support teams with planning, testing and implementing new operational tools and software.* *· **Develops, implements and maintains a comprehensive testing and verification plan for recovery of protected environments.* *· **Analyzes and documents the architecture and configuration of application infrastructure to ensure complete recovery of all necessary components required for normal operation.* *· **Lead the support, configuration and activities for technologies where you have been designated a subject matter expert.* *· **Ensures the day to day operations of backup/recovery tools are aligned with current Disaster Recovery plans for ONEOK ONE Gas.* *Requirements:* *· **Strong technical skills in the design and deployment of Enterprise Backup and Recovery. Experience in backup tools as Commvault, TSM, Networker, Avamar, or VEEAM would be considered.* *· **Strong leadership skills and demonstrated abilities to lead technical resources in all phases of projects.* *· **Demonstrated ability to mentor influence and facilitate discussions across a wide range of teams and technologies.* *· **Training and experience relative to:* *o **Operating systems software* *o **Networking* *o **Communications* *· **Demonstrated ability to identify, research, and analyze systems software problems and perform systems evaluations.* *· **Demonstrated ability to review and interpret manuals, journals, computer display screens, computer printouts, error logs, and correspondence.* *· **Demonstrated ability to research, prepare, and compose systems operating procedures and documentation, reports, and correspondence.* *· **Demonstrated ability to interact, advise, guide, train, and communicate effectively.* *· **Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.* *· **DR experience a plus**.* *CERTIFICATION/LICENSING:* *· **Applicable driver’s license.
