This Developer will work with the assigned PM and UI designer to design, develop, and implement an application for Global Brand Marketing, leveraging a dedicated SharePoint farm. The internally hosted and accessed Web based application is to be designed to maintain a comprehensive collection of data that will offer the Global Brand Marketing easy access. With the client's approval of the proposed technical architecture, development of the defined requirements will commence. Day-to-day duties include: Act as technical lead for the design, creation, and implementation of this SharePoint application. Translate business requirements into technical specifications; facilitating compromise between business requirements and technical feasibility, Working with PM and UI designer, design, develop and deploy the SharePoint solution using Sharepoint 2013 Shared Services SQL Server, IIS, HTML, Active Directory, SSO, CSS and JavaScript, Ensure detailed design aligns with solution design, Complete all development and associated application documentation, *Desired Skills & Experience* Technical/ Functional Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in designing & developing customized Sharepoint solutions, Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, object model, security model, and caching mechanisms. 3+ years of extensive hands-on development experience with SharePoint 2007/ 2010. Good understanding of Windows SharePoint Shared Services, In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Experience with front end development techniques, High degree of technical competency in software development management practices, project and program management, and ability to balance and bridge technology and business needs, Multi-National, large-scale, global deployment experience, Bachelor's degree in a related discipline *Functional Qualifications* . Broad understanding of Information Technology (IT) Service Delivery and the ability to effectively interact with business partners, Strong interpersonal skills.
