*NEED: Sr.SAN Storage Consultant Level 3*
Location : Milpitas, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
* Storage Engineer with 8+ years of Technical Experience and will
provide design, configuration, implementation and support in a multi-vendor
storage environment.*
*Requirements:*
The Storage Engineer will be required to have expertise in the Design,
Configuration and Support for following Technology areas:
v Excellent technical skills and experience with designing and managing
SAN/NAS storage arrays
v Expertise with Hitachi and Netapp Enterprise products
v Expertise in Hi-Command, Data Ontap, OnCommand
v Experience with EMC VNX, Dell Compellent, Flash based storage products
is a plus
v Expertise with Cisco and Brocade switches
v In-depth direct system Engineering experience involving storage and
backup solutions
v Design and implementation of Hitachi and Netapp replication technologies
v Expertise working with Netbackup and backup technologies/ related
products
v Expertise with operational activities for Storage and switches, RAID
implementations, volume configuration in a complex VMware and UNIX
environments.
v Experience working in Solaris, Linux and VMware environments
v Expertise in resolving storage, system and SAN issues
v Must be able to communicate with team and management in a clear and
concise manner
v Must be able to respond to outages at late hours
