*Title : Application Testing SpecialistLocation
: Redwood City, CA Duration : 6 Months + *
*Required Skills:*
- At least 8 years of experience testing multi tier client-server
applications, preferably in a Windows environment.
- Candidate needs to have experience testing .Net / C# applications.
- Thorough knowledge of the development lifecycle
- Experience in both functional/black-box testing and *white/grey-box
testing at the system level*
- Experience *authoring test cases and test procedures from prototypes,
technical specifications, requirements documents and use cases.*
- Experience authoring test plans covering the full scope of testing
activity for an entire iteration of a development lifecycle
- Grounding in a formal testing methodology
- Contribute to the implementation of automation principles with the QA
team
- *5+ years experience testing relational databases; strong SQL skills a
must*
- Solid grasp of the fundamentals of test case design and management
- *Demonstrable experience performing independent estimation and task
management activities*
