The DBL Department is looking to expand and enhance their existing W-2 creation process. The effort may require integration with 3rd party software. It will require integration with our in-house eFile and Document Management system. The project will involve printing, mailing, and electronic filing of W-2 forms. In addition to the W-2 project, the NYSIF is exploring EFT processing of DBL claim payments. The resource may be asked to support this project as well as provide day to day support for the DBL VB 6 Client Server application as the group has recently lost one of our permanent programmers. The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: · Oracle stored procedures, packages, and triggers for W-2 forms · Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers for DBL Client Server Application · Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers for EFT Claim payment processing. · .Net and Adobe Live Cycle development to support system integration with our in house eFile and DocMan systems.
