Performs advanced project management work involving the end-to-end
coordination, planning,development and initiation of projects at various
levels of completion; monitoring the progress and schedule of projects and

project reports

Skill in reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating project deliverables and
quality; Ability to communicate project status and explain project
methodology and processes to project stakeholders; Skill in identifying
potential project risks and designs strategies to mitigate them; and
evaluating outcomes and output of team members

Experience in one of the following fields: business analysis, information
technology operations, project management of technical projects, system
analysis or system design

Knowledge of system development life cycle methodology and project
management industry standards and best practices

Experience coordinating the activities of information system development
teams with other project managers, technical teams and vendors; Ability to
attend, facilitate and participate in project meetings to communicate and
stay informed on issues that may impact projects; Skill in preparing and
delivering presentations, briefings, and proposals for management

Experience in the development and maintenance of information technology
processes, policies, standards, and procedures

Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple
assignments without compromising accuracy; Skill in articulate and
effective oral and written communication, consensus building, and
persuasive leadership
