Total 5+ systems development and implementation experience on Data
Warehousing projects

With a minimum of 7 years of experience on Informatica v 9 or greater &
Netezza

STRONG experience with Informatica BDE and Informatica BDE Admin

Sound experience on Informatica BDE environment support

Good experience on Hadoop Architecture

Hands-on experience on Cloudera Distribution ? Desired to have HIVE/ Impala
knowledge ? Insurance domain knowledge is an added advantage

Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation
skills.

Experienced in performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering,
and user research.

Experience in establishing Guidelines, frameworks and best practices.
Responsibilities:

Create / Define Solution and Technical Lead for Informatica BDE Projects.

Ready to work as individual contributor if needed

Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external
sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency.
Handle the client requests for detailed analysis on current application
design

 Coordinate with different groups from development team prospective

Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks

Interact with the Client/Business understand BDE requirements

Involvement in all SDLC phases till deployment and work with the team to
ensure timely and quality delivery as per release plan

Status reporting for the team Follows and enforces best practices,
framework processes, standards and conventions.

Act as a technical mentor for junior team members ? Act as a reviewer on
Technical review panel and review design/code created by other team members
 Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and
processes
