Does anyone know of a way to:
1) Quickly verify what the date/time/timezone is of all the computers on a netowrk.
2) Be able to quickly set those that are off.
I have tried Apple Network Assistant 3.5.2, but it can only "SET the time and date".

File backup sets are described on p. 22 of the Retrospect User's Guide. A
file backup set is basically a file with all of your data condensed into it
stored on a hard drive. You create one by changing the popup menu next to
"Storage Type" to "File" when creating a backup set.

If I do a full backup of any ntfs parition with retro server 5 will the
security/permissions of all files backed up be saved and restored if needed?
I'm fairly confident it will, I guess I just need confirmation and
assurance of the process from someone with experience of the process.

I'm backing up some Access databases that are on a NT Server that has
them on a Mac-accessible volume just as a Client operation rather
than mounting them on my desktop. Is there any problem with this if
the files are PC-only? I do get a warning on the log. . .
