Backing up Windows NT Client using Travan drive (internal ATAPI backing up hard drive on NT Client machine only. Backs up at about 35 MB/min. Compares at about 8 MB/min. Checking error log, get message: Backup set format inconsistency. Would this indicate a tape problem, a drive problem, operator error (I am a Mac guy having to deal with NT Client) or what? When I first installed Retrospect, got 35MB/min on both backup and compare. Thanks, and after Matthew emails back and says to call tech support, I plan to do just that.
