Any backup set can include any files, so it's no problem adding more files
(or even different disks) to any backup set.

There are two ways I can think of changing the selector:

Immediate>Backup
Set Selecting to your selector
Click Preview (the original files should be marked)
Mark the files you want to add with a check
Now, highlight all the checkmarks
Save the highlights again to your selector

or

Mark the new files you want to include
Save the highlights to a new selector
Go to Special>Selectors
Create a new selector that includes both of your selectors
