Ahhh, actually your log says everything. Notice this: 2000-08-17 22.00.26: Connected to PC_01 Media Request timeout after waiting 00.30.00 2000-08-17 22.30.57: Execution incomplete You have a media request time out set in your preferences. There was no media available so Retrospect did what you told it to do. It timed out after 30 minutes. That is why your backup did not occur. You can avoid this in the future by disabling that this preference or making sure you have the correct media available.
