This does not really make sense, since the user has to jump from tab 1 to tab 3 in the first place, then fill in all the findings into tab 2 and at the end get back to tab 3. I see two possible fixes here: 1.) We simply interchange tab 3 with tab 2 2.) We outsource the general impression in a separate tab and put it between the current tab 1 and tab 2. We could display the input field for the comments etc. in both the then-new tab2 and tab 4.
