Review Board can not use LDAP authentication

I am using the Review Board 1.6.3 with LDAP backend, but the authentication is always unavailable. Anybody can give me some suggesions about how to resolve this issue? The LDAP configuration info in Review Board Admin page: LDAP Server: ldaps:/ldap.x.com:636 LDAP Base DN: ou=People, o=x.co
