I'm installing reviewboard on a windows server. I am going through the "pre-install" steps with memcached, patch, etc. Suddenly, the documentation says "After Installation".... I wasn't actually told to install reviewboard.
Comparing the Windows install doc to the install UNIX doc, I see that actual reviewboard install and the connection to a source code system steps seem to be missing from the Windows version of the document.
