I had two reviews open and I clicked ship-it on the wrong review.
is there any way to revert a ship-it somehow?

There's no way to revert them now. I suggest replying to the review and
explaining.

I try to *ONLY* update testing-done field for a existing review request on
reviewboard through post-review
here is my command:
post-review --testing-done=cppcheck results,unit test results link abc
