We use RBTools to generate our peer review requests. The default behavior is to
ignore git submodules. We would like to have an option to show changes to the
.gitmodules file. Is this a currently supported option? Is there a way to
enable it or an easy hack to show it?

I don't see any outbound packets to the ldap server on the new reviewboard
server, but I do on the old one - I am looking for any outbound traffic to
the ldap server, or, any traffic to tcp:389
