1. create a Task Stream in Task Stream Depot.
2. Create a change list
3. submit review for change list
4. /grid/common/pkgs/python/v2.7.2/bin/rbt post --bugs-closed 17 -p 9065

Review as usual. Seeing an issue on displaying the diffs.
