Binary files have no meaningful representation in diffs. The information is 
already lost before it gets to us.

We are developing a feature where post-review will be able to optionally upload 
binary files along with the diff. That's planned for 1.7.

For now, assuming you're using 1.6, you can use file attachments instead.
