I'm not familiar with your development process, but I'd actually recommend
against doing this. Do you really have bugs filed for every single code
change that you want to review?

I wanted to know if I can customize review board according to my
needs.
For example : I have to remove "Don't have an account? Create one now"
text from main page of review board.
Also I have to make sure that users those are not logged in should not
