You’re probably running an old, buggy version of Pygments. Try upgrading
that and see if it solves the problem.
RB 1.7 is no longer maintained or supported. Minimum supported version
without a support contract is 2.5 (soon 3.0).

What version of Review Board are you running, and on what OS? Also, what
database are you using?
