Sounds like an installation error. The hosting services aren't registered
for some reason.
For GitHub Enterprise with Bitnami, make sure you're using their Review
Board + Power Pack installer:
https://bitnami.com/stack/reviewboard-plus-powerpack
That's the version that will contain
I did the default installation (on windows with bitnami distribution) and
I'm trying to add a GitHub enterprise repository buy the Repository
Type comboBox is empty.
Could be an installation error?
