I think you're probably going to have to talk to your server administrator about this, since it sounds like you're running with a custom setup (we don't have a clearcase menu). Comment by chipx86: 'rb-site upgrade /path/to/site' is the preferred method. It'll do the syncdb. If that doesn't work, there's a different issue. Please use the mailing list for support, though.
