Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
As I type to the right-edge end of the description box, a horizontal
scrollbar appears. This causes me to enter a newline (Enter) even though I
have not finished the sentence. The description then looks wrong when
viewed in an email or other location that does proper word/line wrapping.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 8.1, IE 11
