What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check Use hosting service's bug tracker
2. Change the hosting service and project information.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The bug tracker fields remain the same as before the checkbox was checked.
They should auto-update to reflect the same values as the hosting service.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
