What version are you running?
Review Board 2.1 alpha 0 (dev)

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
/r/8/
/r/X/ where X is any review request ID

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new review request
2. Add at least 1 person to the 'people' field, and press it's OK button.
3. Navigate away from the page either by
- publishing a completed review request with summary and description
- leaving the page as a draft
4. Return to the url for the review request and the 'people' field is no
longer present

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'people' field should be present when I return to the review request's
page.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 8.1
Chrome 37
Firefox 30

Please provide any additional information below.
Users entered in the people field will have the review request sent to
their accounts, but they will also not be able to see the people field
either.
