What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
new/existing review request page
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create or edit "people" causes "loading..." at the top to get stuck

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
loading... to go away but instead it hangs. You can edit it again and add
person back this will cause it go away however in IE8 it causes it to load
a blank page with a jquery error:
