I found this issue is caused by the in-database caches.
After you change the site setting in admin panel, you should execute the
follow command to resetting in-database caches first!
Command:
$ sudo rb-site upgrade /var/www/YOUR SITE INSTALL NAME
Then refresh the setting page, it's OK now
