This looks more like a caching bug (and if you're running exactly Review Board 1.0, you'll have a few of these). Can you try clearing your cache completely in Firefox and then reloading that page? Open up RB site on Firefox, 2. View diff of a .rc file. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Diff seen is attached, on IE it appears fine. What operating system are you using?
