What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to: https://reviews.apache.org/account/register/
2. try to register an account
3. observe nothing happening
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect worked or error
i see a reset form with no warning
What operating system are you using? What browser?
mac osx. chrome or firefox
