Perforce repositories

What version are you running?

post-review from RBTools 0.4.1

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?

N/A

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.

We are aware of how to use the depot syntax to create review requests with
ranges using Perforce. However, this will not fill in the Description or
Summary. I'm not sure what the summary would be since we are talking about
multiple changes. How do other RCS's handle that? Perhaps the description
could show all change descriptions in descending order.

The lack of --revision-range for Perforce is just sort of awkward. We could
wrap the script and make it up on our own but this seems like something
that should be implemented, even if it is just an alias for another
combination of commands.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

CentOS 5.3, Firefox 10
