What extensions are you running? Also, 1.6.3 is quite old at this point. This issue doesn't sound familiar but so many things have been fixed in the 1.6.x releases that I can't remember them all. When viewing the review, submit a comment 2. the author replies 3. click on 'add comment' to try to reply to author What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
