What version are you running? 1.7.6
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
https://reviewboard..../r/nnn/diff
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a diff on an ipad
2. make 3 or 4 comments
3. tap edit review
4. try getting to the bottom comment
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to scroll to all comments in the edit review pop up.
this is not possible.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
iOS 7.0.3 on an ipad mini

furthermore, if I'm zoomed in a bit on the edit review pop up, the publish,
discard, cancel and save buttons disappear
