Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Request to enhance "View Diff" to provide feature that allows the ability
to step-through the code changes in the diff line by line - both forwards
and backwards.
Note: See WinMerge tool for reference as it provides the ability to step
through code changes line by line.
