What version are you running?

RBT 0.6.2





when I use rbt post to generate review request, we must configure svn  
repository to the repository root, but when we have several project in a  
same svn, that will not support.


Does RBTools will support this function?

I'm not sure what you mean that will not support. The repository  
configured on Review Board has to point to the root, but you can check out  
whatever you want on the client and rbtools will figure out the right  
subdirectory.
