What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While logged in, comment on an existing review. Ensure at least two
code-quoting comments exist in the review.
2. Publish this review.
3. Log out
4. View the review

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
The comments look about the same (assuming you have allowed anonymous
read-only access).

Actual: each successive comment is indented farther in.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu 8.10 x86_64's Firefox 3.0.5

Please provide any additional information below.
It looks like successive comments are being nested within the DD tag of the
previous comment (as a new DIV child).
