I suspect that's all it is. If you could see what error you get (if any) in your admin e-mail (as specified in General Settings), that could help us to track it down. The first time I click I got an error 500. The second time it wors and publish the review. Error: Publishing the draft has failed due to a server error: 500 Internal Server Error Please try again later. If this continues to happen, please report it to your administrator. Click Review when looking at a review request. 2. Enter some text and hit Publish Review. 3. Nothing happens, you need to hit the button a second time before the window closes. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? You should have to click the Publish Review button only once. What operating system are you using? What browser? Linux, Windows, Firefox 2.0.0.19. A colleague reported this problem using Seamonkey 1.0.6. For him, it actually sent out the notification email twice.
