Windows 10 has the miraculous ability to run bash, and we've had several people report that they can get a Review Board development environment set up under it. This is _fantastic_, as it means we don't need to get Windows users to run a full-blown VM just to hack on Review Board. We should add some documentation on how to get that development environment set up on Windows 10. # Please provide any additional information below.
