when i post a review from other user user on review board shows my
name as the submitter even though it was submitted form a different pc
wit ha different user name, any idea why that is?

Hi there. If I edit Description and Testing Done fields in a browser,
all line breaks are lost, and I can't find a way to escape it, as I
tried \n, \\n, , , etc.

What browser are you using? This certainly shouldn't be happening and I
haven't seen this behavior on any version of IE, Firefox or Safari.

is it possible to submit and review a complete SVN revision
(containing multiple files in the commit)?
I've tried adding a diff containing multiple files from tortoise into
Submit for review, but it doesn't show up the code during review
because its unable to lookup directory paths per file.

You need ot make sure the base diff path is correct.
Your best option is to use post-review with the --revision-range parameter.
