If there was any sort of error, it should appear in the log file. So it sounds like it successfully talked to the server, but just failed to authenticate. I'm no expert in Active Directory, so hopefully others can weigh in here. Perhaps it's just something not implemented that others haven't

Oh! wow that fixed it. Will this prevent users in EMEA or APAC from logging in? That was the reason I removed Americas OU information. I tried after removing OU information completely and it seems to let me login. I am confused. I am pretty sure I tried this out before. I will try it some more

It's really hard to say without poking around the server. I'd imagine it's just that p4 isn't in /usr/bin or some place that the web server can see it. There shouldn't be any specific settings in the Apache config for that. Just make sure p4 is in the system path where it can be executed.

After some trial and error, I've been able to determine this error is due to file write permission in the directory I had my local repo. Error - linking RB to a git repo located in /home/user/git repo. Success - linking RB to a git repo located in /var/sub directory/ git repo. Hope this helps
