As for creating RR (review request) I guess it depends on scenario (for example whether you are reviewing the pre committed code or post committed code). Additionally, AFAIK there is an option to manually create RR but I highly recommend automating it (using "rbt post" and python scripts). The simplest approach to create a RR for a fresh code would be.. to make a fake small commit before uploading your main code. Or just generating (somehow) the diff file manually and also creating RR manually. I guess so. HTH, correct me if I wrote anything misleading.
