I was able to successfully install Review Board on my Ubuntu 14 machine.
Next: creating a site. I followed all the steps mentioned in the site
including disabling the default and enabling my reviewboard.conf.
When i open firefox and enter localhost, all i see is the default apache
page.

We have perforce server running ssl for which ssl certificate expired. we
change the ssl certificate from perforce, Now review board could not
connected to repository which was earlier connected.

current version we were on long ago, our previous maintainer may have run
some migrations by hand (before this had django_evolutions

For what it’s worth we upgraded from Review Board 1.5.4 to 1.7.6 without
database issues, and then subsequently upgraded from 1.7.6 to 1.7.27 also
without database issues.
Would an incremental upgrade be a possible solution for you?

Review Board is a very complex application with significant backend code in
Python. Extracting a single feature and integrating it into a separate
application is not going to be feasible.
