What version of Power Pack are you using, and when did you get your trial
license? (I presume it's a trial license.)
We'll have to check on why you're getting a crash instead of a reasonable
error, but if Power Pack is unlicensed, features like TFS won't work.

I'd like to add support for the first item, but it's unlikely to happen in
the near future. In theory, it'd be possible to write a custom extension
that piggy-backs on the Slack support to notify users however you see fit
when review requests are updated or discussions occur, but
