When I am trying to post something to the reviewboard server using rbt
post, I am receiving the error: 'Unable to find a Review Board server for
this source code tree.' I tried to automatically create a .reviewboardrc
file using rbt setup-repo but I am receiving the error: 'No Perforce
rep
meant to reference the name of that repository.

Hi, I am running the command "curl -X -k post https://."; The command is
giving the following error: curl: (35) error:14077458:SSL
routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:reason(1112). Cans someone give me an idea
about why this is happening and how to fix it.

There is an update. When I am running "curl -3 -k -X post https://..."; I am
getting the error: {"stat": "fail", "err": {"msg": "You are not logged in",
"code": 103}}. The previous error no longer appears.

While the Review Board documentation shows an option to add an api token
for Gitlab, there is no such option to do so in the Review Board. It only
asks url, username and the password. The error being shown is "error when
linking the account: HTTP Error 410" The same has been shown in the file
Version 2.0.21

Since there is an option to add the Gilab repo in version 2.0.21, there

Means it does not ask whether you I want to publish the changes or not.
It is not working in 2.0.11 but it is working in 1.7.26.
