Hi, I have been trying to install RBTools on windows, but when i run the
easy_install -U RBTools command it gives me this error

When i tried to install RBTools with python2.7.7 by running easy_install
-U RBTools I get this error

Just as a follow up, I was able to post a review request in a different
repo using rbt post
but when I try the exact same command in this repo I get the error mention.
Maybe this would be helpful information?
