it seemed that it works as I became able to add repos. The problem now
is that they don't show up in the list. If cleartool is installed,
could the cause still be that I'm not providing proper path
information?

I succesfully configured a ClearCase repository for Review Board. I create
a diff file with 'cleartool diff -pred -dif filename' for test purpose.
It conatins only the following:

When I try to add it on New Review Request page, it says The selected
cannot get command line access there?
