Nope. I thought I filed a bug for it, but just checked and apparently did not.
What I did was work around it, as I have reviewboard running on the same host 
I want to connect to over ssh, so I just setup ssh to listen on port 22 only 
on localhost. That might not work for you though.

Hi,

This support doesn't yet exist in rbssh. It should be added. Would you mind
filing a feature request for this? (If anyone is willing to work on a
patch, it'll definitely be added sooner.)
