I have tried to upgrade my RB from 1.7 to 2.0.20 using "rb-site upgrade" , but it failed with following error "Installing custom SQL ... Installing indexes ... Installed 0 object(s) from 0 fixture(s) CommandError: Error applying evolution: (1060, "Duplicate column name 'permissions'")" I have tried to convert the db engine from MyISAM to INNODB, but no luck, Any help would be appreciated.
